Our stir fry strips are ready prepared. Tender, butter soft dry aged venison ready to pop straight with your favourite Chinese or Thai spices and toss with soft egg noodles for a sizzling tasty stir fry. These strips also make the perfect crispy venison, simply dry with kitchen towel, roll liberally in cornflour mixed with salt, pepper, dried ginger, cinnamon and chinese 5 spice, then fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes and set aside to top your stir fry.

Unless clearly stated your meat will arrive fresh in vacuum packaging.

Delivery Cost

Minimum order is £30. Orders over £100 qualify for free standard delivery.
We deliver nationwide Tuesday-Friday. (Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays)
